Th3Circle is a fan community platform for creators. It lets artists, musicians, influencers, and content creators build exclusive fan circles with VIP tiers, messaging, drops, merch, tickets, music vaults, and gamification (XP, ranks, leaderboards). Think of it as your own private fan club — powered by you.

For fans: Joining a circle is free. Some creators offer VIP tiers with extra perks for a monthly fee set by the creator.

For creators: Free forever to collect unlimited fans. Paid plans start at $19/month and unlock full blast reach, full CSV export, all VIP tiers, and commerce tools. Th3Circle also takes a 3.5% platform fee on transactions (VIP subscriptions, merch, tickets). Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) applies on top.

Th3Circle is built specifically for artist-fan relationships. Unlike Patreon, you get built-in gamification (XP, ranks, leaderboards), email blasts, an EPK, QR check-ins for live events, a music vault, and AI-powered tools. Unlike Discord, your fans don't need another app — everything lives on your own branded page. You own the relationship.

No. Th3Circle is a web platform that runs in any browser — no App Store, no downloads, no waiting on updates. Fans can also add it to their home screen for one-tap access with push notifications and offline mode — just tap "Add to Home Screen" when visiting your portal.

Email delivery is built into Th3Circle — no third-party accounts or API keys needed. Your blasts, welcome emails, and automations all work out of the box. Just go to Settings → Email Settings and set your "From Email" (the address fans see when they receive your emails). For better deliverability, you can optionally set up a custom sending domain — your dashboard has a step-by-step guide for that.

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. When a fan subscribes to a VIP tier, buys merch/tickets, or sends a tip, the money goes to your Stripe account minus fees:

• Th3Circle platform fee: 3.5%
• Stripe processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

You receive the rest directly in your bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (usually 2 business days). Tips, VIP subscriptions, merch, and ticket sales all flow through the same Stripe account.

Drops are exclusive content you share with your fans — announcements, links, downloads, videos, or anything you want. You can gate drops by tier (free, VIP, or specific tiers). When fans claim a drop, they earn XP. It's a great way to reward your most engaged fans.

AI Studio (included on Pro and Elite plans) has tools like the Blast Writer (generates email drafts), Bio Generator, Caption Generator, Reply Helper, Analytics Insights, and Hashtag Generator.

AI works out of the box — no setup, no API key needed. Every Pro or Elite creator gets 50 free AI generations per month (resets on the 1st).

Want unlimited, higher-quality output? Add your own Claude API key from Anthropic in Settings → AI Settings. You'll pay Anthropic directly (most creators spend under $1/month). Your dashboard has a step-by-step setup guide.

Go to Email Blast in your dashboard. Choose a segment (All Fans, VIP Only, Free Only, OG Members), write your subject and body, and hit Send. You can also schedule blasts ahead of time on Pro and Elite. Open rates and click rates track automatically.

How many blasts you can send per month, by plan:

• Free: 1 blast/month, up to 500 recipients per blast
• Starter ($19): 2 blasts/month, up to 5,000 recipients per blast
• Pro ($39): 4 blasts/month, full list reach (no recipient cap)
• Circle Elite ($99): Unlimited blasts, full list reach

Fan collection is unlimited on every tier — you can grow your list as big as you want, even on Free. The tier just controls how many you can email at once.

Tip: Use the AI Write button to have AI draft your email in seconds.

The Electronic Press Kit (EPK) is a public page that showcases your bio, social stats, press quotes, achievements, and contact info. It's designed for booking agents, press, and industry contacts. Your EPK lives at th3circle.app/epk/yourhandle and you can build it from your dashboard under EPK.

Yes! Fans can send you one-time tips directly from their portal. The tip button appears on your circle's home page. Fans choose a preset amount ($3, $5, $10, $25, $50) or enter a custom amount ($1–$500), and can include a personal message. Tips are processed through Stripe with the same 3.5% platform fee. You'll see tip totals and recent tips in your Monetization dashboard. Fans also earn XP for tipping (50 XP per dollar).

You can send push notifications to fans who have installed the PWA or enabled browser notifications. Go to Email Blast in your dashboard — below the email composer, you'll find the push notification section. Add a title, message, and optional link, then hit Send. Push notifications reach fans instantly, even when they don't have the site open.

Fans earn XP for engaging with your circle:

• Joining: +100 XP
• Opening emails: +10 XP
• Clicking links: +25 XP
• Claiming drops: +50 XP
• Subscribing to VIP: +200 XP
• Referring friends: +500 XP
• Tipping: +50 XP per dollar
• Buying tickets: +75 XP
• Discussion posts: +20 XP
• And more...

XP determines their rank (Newcomer → Listener → Rookie → Fan → Super Fan → Elite → Legend). Fans automatically earn milestone rewards as they level up:

• 500 XP: 5% discount code
• 1,000 XP: 10% discount code
• 2,500 XP: 1 free VIP month
• 5,000 XP: 15% discount code
• 10,000 XP: 20% discount code

All XP awards are cheat-proof — they're processed server-side with unique keys and cooldowns to prevent duplicates.

Yes. Go to Settings → Data Backup & Export. You can download all your data (fans, messages, blasts, drops, settings, and more) as JSON or CSV. You can also export just your fan list as CSV from the Subscribers panel. Your data is always yours.

Your favorite creator will share their join link (th3circle.app/join/theirhandle). Enter your email and name, choose a tier, and you're in. You'll get a welcome email and access to their fan portal.

The portal is your private space inside a creator's circle. From there you can:

• See your XP, rank, milestone progress, and badges
• Claim exclusive drops and downloads
• Send messages to the creator
• Chat with other fans in Circle Chat
• Listen to exclusive music in the radio player
• Participate in polls, challenges, and discussions
• Send tips to your favorite creators
• Browse merch, buy tickets, and back campaigns
• View your memory timeline

Creators can set up paid VIP tiers with extra perks — things like direct messaging, exclusive content, early access to tickets, meet & greets, and more. Each tier has a monthly price set by the creator. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.

In your fan portal, look for the Send a Tip button on the creator's home page. Choose a preset amount ($3, $5, $10, $25, $50) or enter a custom amount between $1 and $500. You can add a personal message too. Tips go directly to the creator via Stripe. You'll also earn XP for tipping — 50 XP per dollar!

XP is earned by engaging with the creator's circle — opening emails, claiming drops, sending messages, subscribing to VIP, referring friends, attending events, tipping, completing challenges, and more. Your XP determines your rank and automatically unlocks milestone rewards like discount codes as you level up. Check the milestone progress bar in your portal to see how close you are to the next reward.

Every email from Th3Circle includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to manage your preferences or unsubscribe. You can also manage notifications from your fan portal settings.

Yes! You can join as many circles as you want. Each circle is separate — your XP, rank, and messages are unique to each creator's community.

On the creator login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password. For fan accounts, contact the creator or email support@th3circle.app.

Yes. We use:

• HTTPS encryption on all pages
• Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables
• Bcrypt password hashing via Supabase Auth
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) for creator accounts
• Content-Security-Policy and other security headers
• Automated content moderation

We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Contact us at support@th3circle.app to request account deletion. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Th3Circle. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Check these things:

• Make sure your From Email is set in Settings → Email Settings
• If using a custom domain, make sure it's verified with DKIM/SPF records
• Check your monthly blast count: Free gets 1/mo, Starter 2/mo, Pro 4/mo, Elite unlimited (resets the 1st of each month)
• If your fan list is over your plan's reach cap (500 on Free, 5,000 on Starter), only that many will be emailed per blast — the rest still collect normally
• Try sending a test blast to just your own email first

If it still doesn't work, check the browser console for error messages and contact support@th3circle.app.

Go to Settings → AI Settings and paste your Claude API key. You can get one from console.anthropic.com. Make sure you've added billing to your Anthropic account (the Build plan has no monthly minimum — you only pay per use). Click "Step-by-step guide" next to the input for detailed instructions.

This usually means the content is gated to a tier the fan doesn't have. Check the drop's tier setting — if it's set to "VIP Only" or a specific tier, free fans won't see it. Set it to "All" to make it visible to everyone.

Try these steps:

• Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
• Clear cache: If you installed the PWA, uninstall and reinstall it
• Check your internet: Th3Circle needs a connection to load data
• Try a different browser: We support Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
