REFUND POLICY

Th3Circle processes all payments through Stripe. This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled for each type of transaction on the platform.
1. CREATOR SUBSCRIPTIONS (STARTER / PRO / ELITE)
- Creator plan subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
- When you cancel, you retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.
- If you cancel within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting support.
2. FAN VIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
- VIP tier subscriptions (Listener, Fan, Superfan, Elite) are billed monthly to your card on file.
- You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time through your Fan Portal settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep VIP access until then.
- Refunds for VIP subscriptions are handled by the creator. Contact the creator directly or reach out to us at support@th3circle.app.
3. CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGNS
Backer Protection: All campaign pledges are protected. If a campaign does not reach its goal by the end date and the creator has not delivered on their promises, backers may request a refund.
- Campaign pledges are charged immediately upon backing.
- If a campaign is cancelled by the creator before fulfillment, all backers will receive a full refund.
- Refund requests for completed campaigns must be submitted within 30 days of the campaign end date.
- Creators are responsible for fulfilling campaign rewards. Th3Circle facilitates refund requests but does not guarantee fulfillment.
4. MERCH & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- Digital products (downloads, exclusive content, files): No refunds once accessed or downloaded, as digital goods cannot be returned.
- Physical merchandise: Refund and return policies are set by the individual creator. Contact the creator directly for merch-related refunds.
5. SHOW TICKETS & MEET & GREETS
- Ticket refund policies are set by the creator/event organizer.
- Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event date.
- If an event is cancelled by the creator, all ticket holders receive a full refund automatically.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Email support@th3circle.app with your name, email, transaction date, and reason for the refund.
- Include any relevant order or transaction IDs if available.
- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
If you file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund directly. We encourage you to reach out to support first — we'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
8. PLATFORM FEES
Th3Circle's 3.5% platform fee is non-refundable on completed transactions. If a full refund is issued, the platform fee is waived.
