ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not allowed on the Th3Circle platform. It applies to all users including creators, fans, and visitors. By using Th3Circle, you agree to follow these rules.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Th3Circle is a platform for independent artists and their fans. We expect everyone to treat each other with respect. The goal is to create a space where real connections happen between creators and the people who support their work.
2. PROHIBITED CONTENT
You may not post, upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Contains hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin
- Threatens, harasses, bullies, or intimidates any person
- Contains sexually explicit material involving minors (absolutely zero tolerance)
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Infringes on someone else's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Is intentionally misleading or fraudulent
- Contains personal information about someone else without their consent (doxxing)
- Promotes illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or other illegal activities
3. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
You may not:
- Create fake accounts or impersonate another person or creator
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the platform without permission
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Manipulate XP, leaderboards, referral counts, or other platform metrics
- Spam fans, creators, or the discussion boards
- Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Circumvent payment systems or commit payment fraud
- Resell or redistribute paid content (music, products, drops) without creator permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the platform
- Use the platform for money laundering or any financial crime
4. CREATOR-SPECIFIC RULES
- Deliver on what you promise to your fans. If you sell merch, ship it. If you offer VIP access, provide it.
- Do not use email blasts to send content unrelated to your creative work (no affiliate spam, MLM, etc.)
- Do not import fan email lists that were obtained without consent
- Respect your fans' data. You may not export fan data for use on competing platforms or sell fan contact information
- You are responsible for any content you upload. If it violates copyright, you are liable.
5. FAN-SPECIFIC RULES
- Respect the creator and other fans in chat, discussions, and messages
- Do not share paid or exclusive content outside the platform
- Do not create multiple accounts to claim drops, referral rewards, or free trials multiple times
- Chargeback fraud (paying, receiving content, then disputing the charge) will result in an immediate permanent ban
Zero Tolerance: Content involving child exploitation, credible threats of violence, or terrorism will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
6. ENFORCEMENT
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning — for first-time minor violations
- Content removal — offending content will be taken down
- Temporary suspension — account access restricted for a set period
- Permanent ban — account terminated with no refund of remaining subscription
We review reports and make enforcement decisions at our discretion. We aim to be fair, but we prioritize the safety and trust of the community.
7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it through our contact page. Include as much detail as possible (screenshots, links, usernames) so we can act quickly.

8. CHANGES
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the platform grows. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
