We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Th3Circle account and all associated data using the form below or by contacting us directly.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All personal information (name, email, location)
- Fan records and subscription history
- Messages, XP, badges, and engagement data
- Push notification subscriptions
- For creators: fan lists, drops, blasts, campaigns, and analytics
WHAT WE RETAIN
- Transaction records required by law (financial records retained for 7 years per tax regulations)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
PROCESSING TIME
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been removed. Active subscriptions will be cancelled automatically.
